Free Phone Consultation (15 mins)

Speak directly with a physical therapist to determine if Revive Movement is the right choice for you and your specific needs. If we decide to work together, we will schedule your initial evaluation.

Physical Therapy Evaluation (75 mins)

Meet one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to evaluate your pain and functional/sport-specific limitations through objective testing. You will receive a movement-specific diagnosis, an explanation of the contributing factors, and a rehabilitation plan to reach your goals.

Pelvic Health Evaluation (75 min)

Includes analysis of the hips and pelvic floor muscles, functional movement, flexibility and strength of the spine, and sacroiliac joints to identify contributing factors to the pelvic floor disorder. An evaluation of the pelvic floor entails an external exam followed by an internal exam due to the location of the pelvic floor muscles.

Performance Assessment (75 min)

This is a great option for those without pain that want a better understanding of their body. Receive specific information about your strength, flexibility, asymmetries, and movement patterns during functional and sport-specific movements. Identifying these factors and improving efficiency of your movement will improve your performance.

Performance Training Session (60 min)

Follow-up session to the Movement Assessment that address movement-related problems one-on-one with a Doctor of physical therapy. Sessions may include tissue-specific manual treatment, personalized exercises, postural and ergonomic training, strength and mobility training, and sport-specific movement training.

Physical Therapy Follow-up Session (60 min)

Work with your physical therapist to resolve factors contributing to your problem. This may include personalized exercises, postural and ergonomic training, movement pattern training, tissue-specific manual treatments, and sport training.
