Strength Training All Levels

6-week strength training program for beginner, intermediate or advanced lifters. Workouts can be done in the gym or at home, and adapted for any fitness level. Every workout includes a warm-up, full body strengthening, and core accessory exercises, with video demonstrations for each movement.


Equipment needed: You may use dumbbells or a barbell, or a mix of both for each workout. You will need a range of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, or a barbell with plates that you can add for light, medium and heavy options. You will need a small looped resistance band for warm ups, and a longer looped resistance band and pull-up bar for lat pulldowns or pull-ups.
